I made it tonight for our dinner of cinnamon and chocolate chip pancakes. Jenny and I actually went on a walk after dinner, because we felt our arteries hardening.

| Ingredients |
| 2 bananas, sliced 1 C syrup 1/4 C brown sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/2 C chopped walnuts |
| Combine ingredients into a small pot over medium heat. Heat through for 5- 10 minutes, stirring as needed. Serve hot. Pour over pancakes or waffles. Prepare for heart attack by having a defibrillator nearby. |
